Father in Heaven,
We come in worshipful adoration thankful that You are our Father, that Jesus is our Savior and Healer, and that the Holy Spirit is our Comforter, Counselor, and Teacher. We come boldly to the throne of grace on behalf of Robert Park and ask that You would show Yourself great on his behalf. We ask that You surround him with Your ministering angels, that his mission to call attention to the plight of the Korean people would be successful and that he would be freed.
In Jesus name, Amen.

How Can I Help?
Each of us has a different gift and can employ that gift in helping the people who are languishing in North Korea.
Which action below best describes your ability?
I like to talk to people. I want to tell somebody about this.

ACTION: Please call the North Korea United Nations office in the USA and/or Switzerland at the following number(s). Say whatever you want to say to Kim Jong-il and North Korea’s leaders in your own language:
Call North Korea at UN in New York, USA
1-212-972-3105

Call North Korea at UN in Geneva, Switzerland
011 41-22-735-4370

I’m a reader.

ACTION: If I buy a book about this and I like it, I’ll pass it to a friend.

I like to write words that inspire or challenge.

ACTION: Fax a letter! Write a letter to Kim Jong-il himself and then fax it (fax from an office store would be wise) to the following number(s). If you copy and paste a photo of Kim Jong-il on the fax, the leaders will not be permitted to throw the “dear leader’s” picture in the trash and will have to report it to Kim Jong-il. Be respectful please, but be firm. Title your fax, “Important Message to Chairman Kim Jong-il” with photo nearby. Fax to one of the following numbers:
Send fax to North Korea at UN in New York, USA
1-212-972-3154

Send fax to North Korea at UN in Geneva, Switzerland
41-22-786-0662

I enjoy prayer. I want to pray for these people.

ACTION: Try to find one or two other people who will pray with you regularly for North Korea.

Cowardice asks the question - is it safe?
Expediency asks the question - is it politic?
Vanity asks the question - is it popular?
But conscience asks the question - is it right?
And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular;
but one must take it because it is right.
